How much time do I have to return a purchase?
You may return the product for any reason within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Please contact us first so we can arrange a UPS pick up.

What is your return procedure?
Very simple. Please write to return@bronzedirect.com and give your order number. We would appreciate it if you tell us the reason for your return but this is not required. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can return your purchase for any reason. Once we receive your request we will send UPS to pick up the package. Please note that we cannot specify a time with UPS pick up but we will do our best to give you an estimated date.

I received a promotion code. How do I use it?
Please enter the promotional code in the order form. Price reduction or any adjustment will appear automatically.



How long will it take before I will receive my purchase?
The product is usually shipped the day after your order is placed. The length of time it takes to receive your purchase after it is shipped depends on your chosen method of delivery. If you view the Shipping section on our home page, there is a chart for UPS Ground delivery that can give you an estimated shipping time. We will contact you by email if there will be any delays.



I am interested in a statue. Will you be able to help me locate an item that is not on your web site?
Since no foundry can produce every possible statue, we carry the best items from many different foundries. We will do our best find the item for you if you can provide us with the artist’s name, the title of the work and an short description if possible.

I am a gallery owner and would like carry some of the statues that you have. Does Bronze Direct have a wholesale department?
We no longer provide wholesale price quote. We, however, still provide volume discount to all of ur buyers.




I live in England, do you have outlet in England?
Our current emphasis is in North America. We will be happy to ship to any country for you. However, due to the special order we will not be able to provide our unconditional guarantee. You can still return the product but you will have to bear the cost of shipping. Please also remember that the bronze statues are very heavy so they will be expensive to ship overseas.

How is size of the statue determined?
The size of the statue is measured from the bottom of the base to the highest point of the statue. Since each statue is hand-made there will be some variation from the average. We publish the average size on our web site.

I received the statue that I ordered, it looked wonderful but the accessory was bent. What should I do?
Bronze is a relatively soft metal sometimes the thinner and smaller parts tend to deform out of shape during the shipping process. If the damage is just an accessory bending you can easily bend it back but please be gentle and do so slowly. However, if you are not sure please contact us with the description of the problem. We can give you a better idea if the problem can be easily fixed or we will send you a replacement.

The statue that I received is not "perfect". Is that normal?
We at Bronze Direct take pride in providing the highest quality bronze reproduction works at the lowest possible price. Due to the hand-crafted nature of the statues they sometimes will have very small blemishes. These small blemishes are part of the uniqueness of each statue. Unlike mass-produced industrial parts no two bronze statue are alike and the statues will never be "perfect".

Where are your statues made?
Most of our statues are made in Southern California although some of them are made in Mexico. However all the foundries are owned and operated by Americans.



I have a bronze sculpture. Can Bronze Direct give me an estimate of its value?
We are sorry but we can not give you estimates of value without seeing the sculpture. In addition, we are not qualified appraisers so we will not be able to give you any meaningful value.

I have a bronze statue can you give me some information about the artist and statue?
We will do our best to provide you with the information. However, since our customer services personnel are not experts in art, we often will not be able to provide you with unique information. The internet is a great place to find information. We recommend the following sites:

Do you have a printed catalog that I can request?
To keep our overhead low and pass the saving to our customers we do not have a printed catalog currently. Bronze Direct is frequently adding new products to our offering so a printed catalog would never be as current as our web site.
